Our log cabins are located thirty five miles south of New Orleans Louisiana and are in the middle of a two hundred year old fishing village. The beautiful scenery of the bayou with all the camps along side and the trawl boats docked along the shoreline will soon remind you that you are in the hart of a fishing village.
Our speckled trout and red fish fishing is absolutely second to none. You and your group will be picked up right in front of your cabin by one of our licenses charter captains for a day of fun filled non stop action on the water. You will be fishing over some oyster reefs in about five foot of water for the most part, however you may find yourself fishing what we call the barrier islands or some shallow water oil rigs in Barataria Bay. Our range of area covers around twenty miles and in that area we can fish a verity of conditions, it all depends on where the bite is on that given day. Sometime we will find our clients want to simply hang out in the shallow lakes, duck ponds and dead end pipe line canals fishing what we call rat reds.
